Common Cold Remedy

I wrote a book on how to cure the common cold. It is a preventive or cure if used when exposed to the common cold. It will alleviate symptoms or quickly end the cold if used once symptoms are full blown. I am interested in other alternative remedies that you may have used that have worked.
